Somatic Experiencing is one modality integrated into Body-Based Therapy. This type of therapy uses a bottom-up approach, meaning we start with the sensations in your body. We explore what feelings, memories, and subconscious beliefs might be just under the surface, so we can get to the root and support deep, lifelong healing. Sessions start at $97.
