I used to have very little awareness of my body. In fact, I'd have 40-60 day cycles and never thought to think twice about it. When I did have a period, they were painful, full of clots and didn't last more than 2 days. I was told by a practitioner that I had low progesterone and low testosterone meaning I had estrogen dominance. It would be challenging for me to carry a baby. Hearing that was a big wake up call for this gal whose deepest desire was to become a mother.

Will I have to take supplements?

I am all for a food first approach my love. And -- I am not anti-supplement. They can definitely help us move the needle. There is a PR supplement toolkit inside.

How many hours do I need to set aside for this course?

The course itself is just a little over 4 hours. I wouldn't recommend listening to it all at once, as we recommend moving through it slowly allowing your body to integrate along the way as if you were working with a practitioner for 90 days.

Can I get a refund if I don't like the course?
